Description of Project by instructor Kali Lambrou:

This project brings together physics concepts with Rube Goldberg inspired machines in a culminating mechanics unit project. It challenges students to apply their understanding of physics concepts to create a multistep machine that pours a bottle of water into a cup. Students will demonstrate their understanding of physics not only through the planning and construction process but also through a detailed analysis of their finished machine.
