Recipe for: Pie with Spinach and Cheese. Juicy and Delicious!

Required products:

500 g of minced peels
600 g of spinach, prewashed, cleaned of the stalks and coarsely chopped
1 bunch fresh onion, finely chopped
Half a bunch of chives, finely chopped
350 g of crushed cow's cheese
125 g of melted cow's butter
Oil

For the topping:
500 g of yogurt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Method of preparation:

Pour oil into a preheated deep frying pan and add the green onions. Fry for 1 minute.

Add the spinach and sauté until tender. Finally, add the chopped chives and mix. Turn off the stove.

Grease a baking tray with oil. Place 2 crusts on the bottom of the pan, evenly distribute some of the steamed spinach and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with 1 crust and brush with butter. Put on a second crust and repeat the process until the crusts are finished, ending with a crust.

Cut the pie into pieces and prepare the topping by adding the eggs and baking soda to the yogurt. Mix well.

Pour the mixture evenly over the cake.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 50 minutes.

Cut the finished pie and serve.
