Pikachu has finally evolved into Raichu for Super Smash Bros Ultimate with this Custom Mod. Raichu is the full evolution of Pichu who is slower but stronger!

Update: I shouldn't have said skin mod but more like an echo fighter.

***Raichu gets Overcharge by getting combos (or in training by using certain moves)

It increases power in his attacks and also paralyzes the opponent for a Short bit and if you're fact enough, you can get in a second attack***
