Join me for a 20 minute back pain relief workout using pilates exercises to help you move towards a pain free back. Doing this session regularly will help ease the pain of a tense back and shoulders and it is one I recommend to anyone who has general back pain. This will ease out tension, stretch the muscles of the legs, hips and back and get everything moving safely to get you back on track.Remember to listen to your body and not to rush! Slow and steady is the way to get better.
