A pilot's worst mistakes ended in the death of his own brother when they crashed in Aspen, Colorado! The most shocking part was there were three pilots in the cockpit and none of them acted in time to stop this deadly tragedy! This is another example of a flight that never should have happened and hopefully it also serves as a valuable lesson for anyone flying into Aspen.
