The pilot's deadly mistake that the NTSB cited in their final report is NOT what killed him! There are a lot of lessons that we can learn from this terrible tragedy and it's unfortunate that we were left with more questions than answers after the NTSB's twoyear investigation.

This mishap seemed very similar to the Jenny Blaylock (TNFlyGirl) crash and my hope is that the NTSB will dig deeper into Jenny's crash to answer the tough questions in the interest of safety.
