Piriformis syndrome is pain right in the middle of the glute muscle on the back of the hip.
It can be debilitating and often comes on with sciatica and lower back pain.

It is possible to recover from piriformis syndrome 100% but only if the bigger root problems are addressed in treatment.

Healthcare professionals often are unaware of the contributing problems for piriformis syndrome. So they usually will treat piriformis syndrome as the primary problem.
