Pit Barrel Cooker Boston Butt

Today we are making a Pit Barrel Cooker Boston Butt. We'll cook this Boston Butt fast and then shred into pulled pork. Our BBQ sauce today is Ole' Ray's PorkOLicious.

Recipe Instructions
1. Inject pork butt with your favorite injection.

2. Season with your favorite pork rub. I used Runnin’ Wild Pecan Butter BBQ Rub, more info here https://www.armadillopepper.com/produ....

3. Smoke the pork butt on the Pit Barrel Cooker until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 to 170 degrees.

4. Wrap the pork butt in foil along with ¼ cup of apple juice.

5. Continue cooking until the internal temperature is 195 to 200 degrees.

6. Let rest 1 hour and then pull.

7. Use your favorite BBQ sauce to make pulled pork sandwiches. I used OleRay’s PorkOLicious BBQ Sauce, more info here https://www.armadillopepper.com/produ....
