Pit Boss | Burn Off | The New Pro Series 1600. This Pit Boss Pro Series burn off went smooth as silk. Now it did take a little longer to get to temp but it was cold and the Pit Boss PID controller seems to be getting better every time I run it! There is a lot of features on this Pit Boss Pro Series 1600.
