Demonstration of using the precalculated RGB image coordinates and orientations from Step 1 in Pix4D to forgo their calculation with the thermal images. I've found this makes matching easier. Requires that thermal and RGB images are taken at the same time, or very very close to it. The technique uses the PROJECTNAME_calibrated_external_camera_parameters_wgs84.txt file generated in 1_initial/params, and renames the RGB JPGs to match the thermals names (usually just a findandreplace operation in a text editor).
