A pilot operating a twinengine Cessna, N7022G, departed from Yuma International Airport, AZ, and was inbound for MontgomeryGibbs Executive airport, in San Diego, CA. While on an instrument approach to the airport, the pilot likely became disoriented and lost control of the aircraft, and crashed near a high school in Santee, CA.The pilot and one person on the ground were fatally injured, and 2 people on the ground sustained serious injuries.
