Set a timer for 20 second intervals of work and move from one exercise to the next without resting.

Rest 20 seconds between rounds. Complete 24 rounds through the circuit below. If you start to feel your lower back engaging, modify
the moves or rest longer between rounds.

You may also find you even just start with a single round to make sure your abs and glutes don’t fatigue too much!

CIRCUIT:
20 seconds Forearm Plank Kick Back
20 seconds per side Side Plank Forward/Backward Taps
20 seconds Posterior Plank
20 seconds Lower Ab Plank
20 seconds Rest
