I have changed my planning system this year to include bible study/time with God and it has been a game changer for my stress levels! I've been a dedicated planner (analog, I'm so not a digital girl) for pretty much the entirety of my life and have come up with all sorts of tricks and tips to streamline my life but THIS... praying for God to guide me during the setup time (planning time) of my morning... has improved everything about my life! From the most mundane tasks to the huge pressing issues I face, I never realized I could truly ask God to join me in every moment of my life.
Oh and did I mention you could do all this for almost free? Just grab some paper and a pen, no fancy planner or expensive pens/stickers necessary! My planner is a printable I made and downloaded for pennies and the colorful pens I use and love the most are an 8 pack from the Dollar Tree!!
