Creamy Tahini Salad Dressing
1/3 cup of tahini
4 oz of dairyfree coconut yogurt (plain and unsweetened)
Lemon zest from one lemon
Lemon juice from one lemon
1/1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup of water (or more for a thinner dressing)
1/4 cup of grated vegan parmesan
1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp of maple syrup
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste
