Detects machine in diagnostic
LED diagnostic test confirms all LEDs communicating
Z axis motor engages
X and Z won't move
won't initalise
Error message :
"Short Circuit to power in one or more of these motors:
gantry"

Communication errors:
[Read Mismatch]
Possible noise from plasma cutter, parallel port or cable

Gantry had jumped off track at front end when i came into the workshop (assume a student was dicking around with it)
I pushed down on LHS to reengage gantry into cog/track
Initially showed an error when intialising this I realised was due to the gantry out of alignment (not square) and so the microswitch would not engage at home. I then pushed down on gantry again until microswitch was engaged while other end of gantry was homed on the stop at end of the track
This solution worked for all cutting on Friday (about 1/2 hours worth)
Came in Monday and realised i had accidently left the control box switched on all weekend.
Won't initialise (z axis will move but other 2 motors sometimes try but won't move)
The pause light was flashing
I reset computer and turned control box on and off
Pause stopped flashing
I still could not control torch from control box (can't remember if you can do this before initialised anyway???)
Detect machine was successful via software
LED test did not initially work: so I pulled out serial cable and blew it out. Turned control box off and on again and reset computer
LED test now successful
Torch control also successful
Hold test initially sounded like engaged motors
When gantry moves with hold test on, error message comes on (same as above with "Short circuit..."
