Playground AI Consistent Character Hack No Training Required. So I scoured the net finding this work around for you all and I think it works fairly well with a little patience. This method can be used with any stable diffusion platform but I will demonstrate it using playground ai.

For female characters add to negative prompts: Male, man, men, boy, guy
For male characters add to negative prompts: Female, woman, women, girl, lady
