Dear calculus 2 teachers, please let your students use the DI method! Integration by parts could be set up with the DI method instead of the traditional u dv. DI method is NOT just a random trick. In fact, it's a more organized format to do the integration by parts than the traditional udv format. I didn't invent this method but I would like to popularize it so that students could enjoy integration by parts a lot more!
