Hiii everyone!! These plum jam rolls are very crispy and delicious! Experiment and give these a try!


Recipe for Plum Jam Rolls:

Ingredients:
130g Flour
40g Sugar
20g Corn Starch
25g Almond Flour
Lemon Peel (from 1 lemon)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
80g Cold Butter
1 Egg
Plum Jam


How to make:
Follow the video and have fun! Just remember to refrigerate your dough for 30 minutes before rolling it out and to bake your rolls in a preheated oven at 180°C/4 Gas Mark for 25 30 minutes until golden brown!
