Some will never figure out how to get Blastoise in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. But famous player Jim Cool is well aware of the Best Blastoise Moveset in Competitive, and even how to Blastoise Shiny Farm. Many aren't and never will be. That's just the unfortunate reality of the world.
