The complex is starting to live up to its reputation when I first bought it as a dramafilled entertainmentproducing machine. We had a 500tire eviction, breakins, fights, and more when I first bought it. We rehabbed it, and rerented it and things have been fairly calm for a year or so. That is changing now! The police were called twice and this is what it looks like now.
