Clinical Features:
20 years old married female patient came with the history of:
Subfertility
Irregular scanty menstruation
Obesity
Hirsutism

Ultrasound Findings:
Bilateral enlarged ovaries
Multiple tiny cystic follicles, more than 8, at peripheral parts of both ovaries forming 'PearlString appearance'
