I seem to always get a case of “shoulda woulda coulda” after making a video where I have to say detailed stuff. For clarification’s sake I want to reiterate that I was surprised to find out that EPS regular polystyrene will actually become waterlogged. I scraped out pounds of the soggy smelly stuff from the interior of the camper roof. I took a risk and opted to use polyiso board in its place. It’s an R5 as opposed to the EPS being R1. Unfortunately I found out that polyiso has an open texture that’s even more absorbent so now I have to make sure I seal all the exposed edges. Maybe that will work.
