You can use the webbed gloves for extra resistance, but it is possible to do this class without using it.
So jump into the water and... Let's go!

How many calories you'll burn? a question that repeats a lot here...
Number of calories burned in (any) workout is very much depends on your body composition, your fitness level and how you perform the movements. It is individual to each person and therefore it's hard to tell exactly how many calories you burn. HOWEVER, aqua aerobic workouts like this have the potential to burn a lot of calories (a few hundreds). Make sure to do your best when performing your aqua workout ... use powerful movements, push hard against the water with your arms and legs and don't forget to use your core muscles ;) I would also recommend wearing shoes to give you a good traction and better leverage when pushing off the pool bottom.
