This concept shows one of seven VHS tapes that could be found in Chapter 4. These tapes show the procedures the employees would have to follow if any of the experiments were to breach containment. This tape covered Catnap, the others would cover the rest of the Bigger Bodies like Huggy Wuggy, Boxy Boo, The Prototype etc.
