5 tbsp bourbon
3 Green Onions
75g Brown Sugar
50g Ginger
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 garlic cloves

Teriyaki Glaze *
1 cup (250 mL) Tamari or soy sauce
1 cup (250 mL) Mirin
1 cup (250 mL) Sake
2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar
