This Portugal Porto 4K walking tour was recorded in the winter of 2022, on December 27. It shows a few things to do in Porto, Northern Portugal with no interference by me in any way. No music, no voiceover, and no fancy effects, so, you, the viewer, can experience the city in a natural way and at your own pace and pleasure.

I used binaural microphones for recording the audio. For a fully immersive experience of this 4k Porto Walking Tour, I recommend using headphones and turning on the captions.

This 4k Walk in Porto (Walk ONE) begins at the Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar (in Gaia), then crosses the Douro River via the Dom Luis I Bridge's upper deck. Once we are on the Porto side of the river, we will head towards the Porto Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace, and from there we will descend to the Ribeira neighborhood on the Douro River.

Porto is the secondlargest city in Portugal, the capital of the Oporto District, and one of the most populated urban regions on the Iberian Peninsula. Porto municipality is small in comparison to its metropolitan area with approximately 235.000 residents in a 42 km2 municipality.

Oporto, located along the estuary of the Douro River in northern Portugal, is one of the oldest European cities, and its core was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996 as the "Historical Centre of Porto, Luiz I Bridge, and Monastery of Serra do Pilar."

Its history extends back many centuries when it was a Roman Empire stronghold. Its CelticLatin name, Portus Cale has been cited as the origin of Portugal.
