Painting batter:
Icing sugar
Butter
Egg whites
Flour
Note : Equal parts of all ingredients. Each grams makes roughly 1 colour total amount of ingredients depends how many colours you need *

Sponge Cake Batter :
(A)
2 Egg Yolks
60g Flour
25g Sugar
30ml Vegetable Oil
50ml Milk
1 tspn Vanilla Essence
(B)
25g Sugar
3 Egg Whites

Mousse base :
9g Gelatin powder
35g Fresh orange juice
50g Strawberry purée (from left over strawberries)
200g Whipping Cream

Cheese base :
8g Gelatin
35g Milk
70g Cream Cheese
70g Mascarpone cheese
3 tspn Strawberry Greek Yogurt
1 tspn Blueberry Jam

Strawberry Heart :
67 Med/Large Strawberries
