Population
It has 201646 inhabitants distributed in 10 parishes, the Union of Parishes of Santa Iria de Azóia, São João da Talha and Bobadela has the largest number of residents, with more than 44 thousand individuals, 22.2% of the total number of residents.
Location
Loures is located in the Lisbon metropolitan area and borders the municipalities of Arruda dos Vinhos, Sintra, Odivelas, Lisbon, Vila Franca de Xira and Mafra.

How to get
Loures is just 20 minutes (13 kilometers) from Lisbon airport and Oriente Station, which are great connections with Europe and the world.
Using the bus, the journey takes an average of 1 hour.
There is still no metro to Loures, but there is a project to create the Loures/Odivelas Light Surface Metro that will serve the parishes of Loures, Santo António dos Cavaleiros and Frielas, in the Municipality of Loures, with 10 stations and 6.7 km.
