• 1 kašika šećera
• 200 ml mlake vode
Izrendana korica jednog limuna
Za fil je potrebno:
• Prokuvati 150 g šećera sa 100 ml vode
• 10 kašika mlevenih oraha
• 1 kašičica cimeta
• 67 izrendanih jabuka (jabuke iscediti)
Štrudle pre pečenja izbockati i premazati sa malo posnog putera
Peći na 180°C (360°F) 3540 minuta.

Grated zest of one lemon
For the filling you need:
• Boil 150 g of sugar with 100 ml of water
• 10 spoons of ground walnuts
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 67 grated apples (squeeze the apples)
