Back to the posterior chain.

Glute bridges were used to get the glutes warmed up. I feel the 295 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Possibly could've gotten to 8 but I don't want an injury.

The bent over rows felt good. The plan was to continue doing sets until I couldn't get to 10 reps.

The compression leg lifts were in a way prepping for the jefferson curl and the intense core work.

Jefferson curls felt amazing. The weight can be increased, but again I don't want to push too much on these.
