Daily rehab back again this week and you guessed it, it’s my shoulder.
Here is a insight into SOME of what I have to do 45 times per week consistently to get more mobility, strength, better movement and increased stability.
It’s a lot of exercises per day and per week but at this stage the resisted / load work is nearly starting and so consistent conditioning is really important heading into the next stage, where the proper band and dumbbell strengthening begins.
