Today I’m sharing with you 3 easy and delicious vegan potato meals for weight loss that are free from oil and will help you reach to your health and weight loss goals.

I lost 50 lbs of weight by eating lots of potatoes. Potatoes are very low on the calorie density scale and full of vitamins and nutrients. Aside from that, they are the most satiating food on the planet. So eating them helps keep you not only full but very satisfied so you aren’t wanting to reach for food all the time.

RECIPES IN THE VIDEO:
Cajun Potatoes:
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 1 bag of two bite potatoes
cook and cut in half. Add seasoning and cook in over at 350 degrees for 2530 mins

Potato Curry
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 large onion
34 large potatoes
1 tsbp curry powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 can light coconut milk
1 tbsp tomato paste
5 oz fresh or canned tomatoes
1/2 1 C peas
large handfuls of spinach
cook in the instant pot on high pressure for 15 minutes. Manual release
on stove top cook until potatoes are soft

Potato and White Bean chili/soup
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cilantro
1 2 cups corn
2 cloves garlic
1 onion diced
1/2 tsp oregano
34 Yukon gold potatoes
1/2 tsp thyme
32 ounces veggies broth
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
12 cans of white beans
Put in the instant pot and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Manual release
on stovetop cook until potatoes are
