Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates must have a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline in GATE 2023.
Candidates must be Indian citizens.
The age limit for candidates is 27 years as on 24 October 2023.
Selection Process:

The selection of candidates will be done through a threestage process:

GATE 2023 Score: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE 2023 score.
Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion round.
Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify the Group Discussion round will be called for a Personal Interview round.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the posts through the PGCIL website from 20 October 2023 to 11 November 2023.

Important Dates:

Opening date of online application: 20 October 2023
Closing date of application and online payment fee: 10 November 2023
Cutoff date for eligibility criteria: 10 November 2023
Salary:

Selected candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 40,000/ per month during the training period. On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers in the E2 scale and will get a salary of Rs. 50,000/ per month.
