Here is Episode 32, Thunder Storm Part 2 (crossover episode with Ninja Storm) of Power Rangers Dino Thunder that aired in 2004 on ABC Family's Jetix segment with Original Commercials.

I wasn't going to upload these episodes because the tracking is pretty bad but I was asked by special request. I tried multiple VCRs and this was the best I could get, hopefully you can look past it to enjoy this for what it is.
