WELCOME LOVE IN! Let go of the past. Hello my love – today I am honored to offer you an affirmation track that will help along the process of closing out old chapters – letting go of the past so that you can boldly step into the new, into your bright future.

When we experience heartbreak, it can really stay with us and create all sorts of limiting beliefs in us that make us close up to new experiences.

Ideally, we want to work on ourselves and heal so that we can be ready for the beautiful possibilities that await us.

Listen to these affirmations in the morning as you wake up and in the evening, and any time during the day when you can to reprogram your subconscious mind. I will say the affirmation once and then again and you can repeat after me or simply listen and let your subconscious mind do all the work.

Return to these affirmations several times a week to allow them to really penetrate the subconscious layer.
