We are not feeling our feelings in order to get rid of them. We're feeling them because that's the process that's happening right now. I'm not looking who you can become. I am looking at who you are now and how I am with you. That's love.
If I'm willing to feel the feelings of the person that I am in contact with, then I don't create pressure. Then I create actually right relation, a respectful relation to numbness, for example. When I want to bypass the numbness to get to the feeling behind, I'm not respecting the numbness or the freeze. If something is frozen, then respecting the freeze is right relation.
