I finally get around to installing a Mikuni VM26 after taking the easy way out and buying a intake/stand off/adaptor. I do a comparison with the stock carb, talk about the carb options and the best part,
Power Secrets. That's right Port Matching, a great way to free power. The Predators are a solid base for building a hot motor, but they do have some issues, the manifolds, intake and exhaust, are tiny. Just adding a bigger carb and porting the manifold to match the intake port really open up the motor.
