Pre-Hire Physical Agility Test – Asheville Police Department
The Asheville Police Department's prehire physical agility test includes a pushup test, situp test, 300meter sprint, and 1.5 mile run. Candidates must also pass the statemandated Police Officer Physical Agility Test – or POPAT – in order to graduate Basic Law Enforcement Training – or BLET.
