I want to share some basic do's and don'ts for prenatal massage. Pregnant women have special needs and some precautions are needed. Make sure mommy is comfortable by using extra pillows and towels where needed. Stay away from the ankles and apply light pressure on the wrists where there are reflexes. Taking into consideration the room temperature since they seem to be warmer than usual. You can use the same techniques like effleurage and petrissage, just make sure to adjust the pressure to her needs and use a slower rhythm.

Mommies need lots of love and relaxation, so creating a safe and healthy environment is sure to rejuvenate her and relief pain.
