50g Salty Preserved Radish 咸菜脯
70g Garlic 蒜末
70g Shallots 小红葱
2 Red Chilies 红辣椒
8 Bird's Eye Chilies 指天椒
200ml Oil 食用油
1 tbsp Sugar 白糖
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
½ tsp Thick Soy Sauce 老抽
½ tsp Salt 盐
1 tsp Fish Sauce 鱼露
