The Strategy for the Fixation of Prices is developed from the answer given to each of the 5 structural questions that are formulated.
It must be clear that the strategy must respond to the price objectives pursued by the Organization. In the Objectives the goals that the Company intends to set out are presented, with the Strategies it is developed how they are going to be achieved.
