“Mike Kearney from Prime came to our gym to film some educational videos. Mike demonstrated machine features and lifting techniques that we didn’t initially grasp or appreciate. One example was the lat pulldown machine where a simple lever changed the machine’s pad direction. That simple change targeted the back muscles in a vastly different way. Essentially, that one machine can target the upper lats or the lower lats depending on how the pad is positioned.
