In this video we will discuss the exact process to get Passport despite adverse police verification report. Right to travel abroad is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. Many a times it so happens that police submits an adverse police verification report due to which the passport application gets affected. However, not always is the adverse police verification report as per procedure. In this video, we shall discuss the exact steps that can be taken if your passport is held up due to adverse police verification report, which is not procedurally correct.
