Brownells Gun Tech™ ‪@CalebSavant‬ gives us a rundown on why the B5 Systems Bravo Stock is his favorite AR15 carbine buttstock. You've probably noticed it on "Caleb's Hotness," the gray AR15 that features in many of our videos. The Bravo stock is made of highquality molded polymer with subtle nonslip texturing. But the first thing you'll notice about it is the large cheekrest area larger than you'll see on most AR carbine stocks. It gives a very secure cheekweld, making the rifle more comfortable to shoot, with better control for more accurate shooting.

The lever for extending and retracting the stock has knobby surface texturing that gives you a nonslip purchase to operate the latch quickly and easily. You can feel the texture even when you're wearing gloves. There are sockets on both sides of the stock for pushbutton QD (quickdetach) sling swivels, plus two threadthrough slots for traditional sling mounting.

Out back there's a rubber recoil pad with subtle nonslip texturing. The pad is just soft enough to grab your shoulder firmly, but it's not mushy. If you prefer, you can remove the recoil pad, and the polymer surface underneath has its own antislip texture.
