brown butter mochi muffin recipe (from emily ryu):
» 2 eggs, at room temperature
» 1 13.5ounce can fullfat coconut milk
» 1/4 cup vegan or grassfed butter, plus more for greasing pans
» 1 cup coconut sugar, packed
» 1 tsp vanilla extract
» 2 cups mochiko sweet rice flour
» 2 tsp baking powder
» 1/2 tsp pink salt
» toasted sesame seeds, for topping
