6 minute AMRAP (2530 reps) Pick a weight that you think you can lift for 2530 reps in 6 minutes. Set a timer and perform as many reps as you can in 6 minutes. Sets, reps, rest periods are up to you. I would not suggest going to failure until your very last set before time runs out. If you get less than 25 reps, decrease the weight next week OR figure out if there is a better set/rep approach that might help you reach 2530 reps. If you get more than 30 reps, increase the weight next week.
