✔ Get your hands wet
✔ Apply soap scrub all hand surfaces for at least 20 seconds
✔ Rinse
✔ Thoroughly dry your hands
✔ Use hand sanitizer / alcohol and allow it to dry

Using gloves
✔ Use gloves with a proper fit where you can still feel a vein and have fine motor control (eg: working with needles) but not too tight that it cuts circulation
✔ Follow the glovetoglove and skintoskin rules when removing the gloves
✔ Properly dispose the used glove
