Annie and JeanPierre, Etienne pensioners had sold their apartment and invested all their savings to buy a more spacious housing in a brand new residence. But nothing happened as planned. There are four years old, the couple was in the pipeline and in full depression. Forced to leave their homes to make way for their buyers, retirees could not move into their new apartment. The developer was on the verge of bankruptcy and no longer paying the artisans for months. The site was blocked, JeanPierre and Annie were deadlocked and risked ending up on the street. Four years later, they could finally get the keys to their new apartment?
