New Town at St. Charles is a large development west of St. Louis in St. Charles county. It was developed by Whittaker Homes and McBride homes with the concept of new urbanism in mind. It's a very unique area in all of St. Louis, just look at the homes here it's completely different from a lot of other STL suburbs!
