In this episode of my ongoing "how to read tarot cards" course, I treat myself to a brand new Swiss deck, a variation of the traditional Marseilles deck. When you start out as a tarot reader, you have to decide between learning with the Marseilles deck and learning with The Rider Waite. Here I tell you about the pros and cons of each method and help you to decide which one is right for you. Along the way I do my version of an unboxing, recommend another great tarot expert (who's more of a Marseilles man than me) and give you a quick reading list around the slippery question of tarot and synchronicity.

In this video I used a very simple three card spread:

Card 1: past
Card 2: present
Card 3: future
